Guest Wi-Fi - Registering with OnLocation To gain guest Wi-Fi access at our School or Office sites, you will need to register with our visitor management system called OnLocation. You can register by using either the Kiosk at Reception, or by scanning the QR Code with your smartphone.During the registration process, OnLocation will request details like your full name, email address, mobile number and the name of the staff member being visited (if applicable).Once registered, your email address can then be used to authenticate to the dlcsl-guest Wi-Fi SSID to gain access to the internet at these sites for up to 12 hours per day. Upon entry to the site, you will be required to sign into the OnLocation Kiosk at Reception or via the QR Code on your smartphone. You will be required to click on the green Sign In button and enter the following information: Full Name Organisation Name (If applicable, otherwise select Skip) Email Address Mobile Number The name of the Staff Member who is being visited. (Yes/No) Confirm the entered information and click Proceed when finished. Upon completion of these steps, you will be presented with confirmation of your successful sign in.
