Password - Forgot Password Reset

Summary: This solution article contains instructions to change your password if you have forgotten it.

Tip: If you are not able to log in to your computer, you can complete these steps on your personal device such as mobile phone, tablet, or your home computer.

If that is not possible you could also use a colleague's computer, just be sure to use a private or incognito tab so as to not change anything on their account.

Open an internet browser on the device. (Eg. Chrome or Safari.)
In the URL Bar at the top enter https://userportal.lism.catholic.edu.au/.
Select Forgot password?

Type your Username (1) and select NEXT

Select a Recovery Method (1)
Enter your Recovery Mobile (2) or email address.
Select NEXT

Enter the Recovery code (1) you received via sms or email.
Select NEXT (2)

Select and complete a multi-factor authentication Verification method

Complete the multi-factor authentication (1). Click on Verify with something else if your preferred MFA method is not selected.

Select Change Password

Select and complete a Verification method

Choose a password that meets the criteria (highlighted).
Type your new password into both fields (1)
Select SAVE (2)

Your password will now be updated across our managed services.

Important: Once completed, please restart your device and ensure you connect to the Wi-Fi with your new password prior to logging back into your device.
