Summary: This solution article contains instructions to change your password if you have forgotten it.
Tip: If you are not able to log in to your computer, you can complete these steps on your personal device such as mobile phone, tablet, or your home computer.
If that is not possible you could also use a colleague's computer, just be sure to use a private or incognito tab so as to not change anything on their account.





Follow the instructions depending on the authenticator you selected.
Choose a password that meets the passphrase criteria shown on screen.

You can have the system generate you a new passphrase by clicking GENERATE PASSPHRASE (1)
Type your new password into both fields (2 and 3) and click NEXT (4)

You will receive a "Password reset" success message. Your password will now be updated across our managed services

Important: Once completed, please restart your device and ensure you connect to the Wi-Fi with your new password prior to logging back into your device.If using a managed Windows 10 device, you can follow the article Password - Post Change Procedure to ensure your computer is updated with your new password to maintain access to network resources such as files and printing.
